THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH (THE “TERMS”) GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE
SITE(S)/SERVICE(S) AND ARE LEGALLY BINDING. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY – IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SITE(S)/SERVICE(S) OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE. In order to use our service, you must be a natural person, 18 years or older. You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age to use the site(s)/service(s) and are authorized to represent your company in entering the binding legal obligations you may incur as a result of its use.
You agree to be financially responsible for any liability you may incur as a result of using the site(s)/service(s). You agree that you will not use any robot, bot, spider, or other automatic or manual device or process to monitor or copy any pages on the site(s)/service(s). Additionally, you may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s infrastructure.

 

How We Share Your Information with Others

Our customer information is an important part of our business. As a result, we limit the disclosure of information to the data necessary to provide our service of connecting buyers and suppliers. Our sharing of information to outside parties is described below.

Suppliers:

A limited set of suppliers ( no more than 4) will be provided with the information you submitted in the form of a quote request. The submitted information will only be used to communicate with the supplier regarding service needs.

Affiliates:

Copiers-Quotes.com has established partnerships to provide our quote requests service more broadly throughout the Internet to both buyers and suppliers. When a user has utilized these services through an affiliate, we will share information about these users as necessary.

Services Provided by TX Copiers

Copiers-Quotes.com provides a service that allows buyers to submit quote requests to multiple suppliers for a variety of products and services through its sites on the World Wide Web (the “Site”). TX Copiers may not always be able to match buyer request(s) with suppliers.
We do not guarantee the quality of the suppliers who receive and respond to your request(s).
Copiers-Quotes.com is a conduit for matching buyers and suppliers. We are not responsible for any transaction that may occur between the buyer and/or buyer’s company and a Copiers-Quotes.com participating supplier/partner(s). Copiers-Quotes.com does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services rendered. The buyer should exercise as much caution and due diligence as would typically be exercised with any purchase of products or services. Should the buyer have a dispute with any supplier, it must be addressed directly with the supplier and not with Copiers-Quotes.com . Buyer hereby agrees to release TX Copiers from any and all damages or claims arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and transactions with suppliers.

Legal Requests:

As a good corporate citizen, Copiers-Quotes.com is interested in protecting its members and the community at large. We will release accounts and other personal information to legal authorities when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law. In addition, Copiers Quotes.com may choose to release information to relevant parties in relation to investigations of fraud, piracy or other unlawful activity in order to maintain a high level of trust and safety in our community.

Legal Disclaimer

Although we have attempted to address the various privacy-related issues possibly encountered, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices and our best efforts to protect privacy, we do not promise that your personal information or private communications will always remain private from unauthorized access.

Notification of Change

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All minor amended terms shall be effective upon posting. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice for 30 days prior to the change taking effect.
